3D/2N Tarapoto and Alto Mayo Wildlife

This expedition allows us to get to know in depth several ecosystems of the low and high forest, this contrast is difficult to observe in other regions of Peru, and therefore enables us to see various landscapes, as well as the different wild species that inhabit there.

ITINERARY

We start picking up from the airport, from where we go to the Alto Mayo wetlands, which are the highest in the Peruvian rainforest. The first day we visit an agro-ecological farm and we make a nocturnal wildlife watching expedition. We spend the night in a local lodge.

The next day the expedition begins very early, where we navigate through wetlands and observe the flora and fauna of the area, have a delicious breakfast in the middle of the renacal forest and do different activities. After lunch, we return to Tarapoto city to spend the night.

In the last day we visit the area around the Cordillera Escalera ACR the whole day, to observe more birds and other species of flora and fauna. In the afternoon, we make a transfer to the airport where the service ends.

It includes guide service, payment of entry to tourist sites, lodging, food, land and river transfers, activities, use of telescope or binoculars and information materials.
